What is a mobile notary?

 

A Mobile Notary is a Notary Public that travels to a designated location to fulfill his or her notarial duties including but not limited to administering oaths and affirmations, taking affidavits and statutory declarations, witnessing and authenticating the execution of certain classes of documents, taking acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances, protesting notes and bills of exchange, providing notice of foreign drafts, preparing marine or ship’s protests in cases of damage, providing exemplifications and notarial copies, and performing certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction. 

Do you have a physical address?

We do not have a physical store location that you can come to. Our service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.

How much do you charge for your services?

Our fees vary based on what service(s) you require, location and availability of our notaries/service providers in your area. Contact us for a quote:

How much advance notice is required/How soon can you get here?

 

In order to better serve you we request that all appointments be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will, provide “same-day”, or “emergency” requests. (extra fee may occur).

What areas do you cover?

Mobile Notary Services: We cover ALL of Florida. Wherever you need a mobile notary, we can get one there.


Remote Online Notarization: We cover ALL 50 U.S. States.

What type of identification do you need?

Any of the following forms of identification, provided it contains a photograph, description of the person, signature of the person, and an identifying number. The identification must be current or if expired, must have been issued within the last five years.


  • Florida Driver's License
  • United States Passport
  • Inmate identification card issued by the United States Passport, or any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff?s department (call for details on using this form of ID).
  • A passport issued by a foreign government, provided that it has been stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service or the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service.
  • A driver's license issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency.
  • An identification card issued by another state.
  • A United States military identification card.
  • An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State of Florida, or an agency or office of a city or county in Florida.


Two credible witnesses that personally know the signer in the case where the document signer lacks ID. The credible witnesses cannot be named in the document and cannot have financial interest in the document. Both credible witnesses must have proper identification.
