A credit card is required in order to secure your appointment. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival will be charged the full "Starting at" fee.

For appointments cancelled more than 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival a 22% administration fee will be charged.

We require at least a 30 minute arrival window. Customer/Signer should be ready to commence with the appointment when our mobile notary/service providers arrives to avoid being charged extra for wait time. All appointments include a 15 minute waiting grace period. A waiting fee of $3 per minute will be charged after the grace period expires until the customer/signer arrives or is ready to commence with the appointment. Waiting fees are separate from our service fees. All customers/signers are required to be coherent/lucid and have a valid government issued photo ID ready to present to our mobile notary/service provider (drivers license, passport, state ID, etc.).

**Our mobile notaries, service providers and agents are not allowed to give legal advice or draft/provide legal documents. For legal advice and/or documentation we recommend consulting with an attorney.
